Koox La Mar Condhotel, Playa del Carmen

My stay at Koox La Mar Condhotel was plagued with issues, despite the modern suites and great location. The noise from nearby nightclubs made it impossible to sleep, and the service was frustratingly unresponsive. While I appreciated the spacious rooms and fast WiFi, the overall experience was quite disappointing.

I stayed at Koox La Mar Condhotel and found both positives and negatives during my visit. The location was fantastic, just a minute from the nightlife and two minutes from the beach, making it great for dining and shopping. However, the noise from the surrounding nightlife was unbearable, especially since I had requested a quiet room in advance. The customer service left much to be desired, with issues like insufficient towels and poorly trained staff exacerbating my frustrations throughout my stay.
